portf0l.io offers the following subscription options:
Payment Processing
All premium subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Billing Cycle and Cancellation
- Premium subscriptions are billed according to your selected payment cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
6. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Ensuring you log out of your account at the end of each session when using shared devices

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to your portfolio. By submitting content to portf0l.io, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

- Display your public portfolio to visitors according to your settings
- Use portfolio statistics for service improvements
This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
Platform Content and Templates
The portf0l.io platform, including its templates, features, functionality, and design, remains the exclusive property of Mathieu Dacheux. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our templates outside the platform
- Reverse engineer or extract the source code of our platform
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary designations
- Use our templates or designs for any purpose outside your portf0l.io account

- Payment Processing: Stripe for subscription management
- Email Communications: Resend for notifications

10. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
- Implement necessary maintenance with or without notice
- Add, remove, or modify features and templates
- Set limits on storage, features, or functionality
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We believe termination is necessary to protect our platform, users, or third parties
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Free accounts: Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Premium accounts: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your data will be deleted within 30 days if not renewed
- After the retention period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathieu Dacheux and portf0l.io shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Service interruptions or failures
- Loss of or damage to your content
- Any actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
